I moved across country from Ohio to Idaho. Everyone was extremely nice, but I was given one price and then was told the driver wanted an extra $130.00. Because of the time frame and where I was going, I had no choice, and said yes. I was also told at this time that he would be picking up my car in 2 hours. Again, I had no choice. He said he would be at the destination 2 days before I would, so I paid everything up front which was not convenient for me. He didn't show up until after I did get in to town, so I really didn't have to "hustle" to take care of the financial end. Sherina was most accomodating and kind. They were willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely call on them again.
