I could not be more impressed with Costal Auto shipping and Alex Duran (my customer service rep). He handled everything, ensuring an easy, smooth and on-time process. He also did it for the best price. I am so glad I researched, checked the BBB and settled on Costal. Alex knew exactly when to schedule everything so that our timelines would coordinate and it was flawless. I'd recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. It's so nice to come across companies with excellent responsiveness, customer service and professionalism. We had a lot to deal with during our move, but worrying about our vehicle getting from Alabama - Hawaii was not one of them.
