Out of 15 responses to my request to have my cars transported Coastal Auto Transport was the most prompt, straight forward, responsive and least expensive. I worked with Kai Abelardo and was extremely pleased with his customer service. He always answered his phone promptly, answered questions and was overall very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable. I needed my cars stored for a while before I could pick them up and Kai very kindly offered advice that prevented me from wasting $400 in storage fees and instead offered a solution to my specific needs. Thats impressive when a company is willing to give you the best advice instead of just taking your money for their own interests.
Kai also offered me the best price which no other company would match, and stuck to his price without raising it over a month later when pick up came around. I was very impresseed with Coastal Auto transport and will use them any other time I need my cars transported in the furture and STRONGLY adive anyone to use them, call KAi, and dont waste your time with others.
My cars were picked up right on time, very fast service, no hassles, no surprises. They were delivered on the exact day expected and once again they went straight to my apartment, no hassles, no surprises, everything was perfect. Which almost never happens.
