Even though I had contracted with Sun Coast to find me a carrier, Kai Abelardo from Coastal kept in touch with me to see if I already had a carrier, He called and told me he had found me a carrier even without a deposit!! My truck was picked up within the hour and he trusted me to pay him the deposit after the pick up since I was unable to do business with him due to me being in meetings. He kept in touch with me throughout the delivery. My truck was delivered before the promised date and in perfect condition!! They are honest and reliable, Now that is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service!! I would recommend the company to anybody out there looking for a carrier!! As for Sun Coast they never did once call me to even tell me they could not find me a carrier!! Kai Abelardo you are the BEST!!
