When I submitted a request for an auto transport, I received many email responses, with many different amounts for the transport. Gregg White from Coastal Auto Transport, was the first one to contact me by phone, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He arranged for vehicle pick up, and let the truck driver know that he would be dealing with a 93 year old woman, my mother. The day the car was picked up, my mother called me and told me how very nice the driver was, courteous, and very helpful. The pick up went without a hitch. The car was delivered to my son, on time, and my son said that the driver was very nice. Gregg called me once during the transport period to see if we head heard anything, and just to check on how things were going. This company is great at their follow-up as well. The whole experience was great, and the next time we need to do an automobile transport, we will definitely use Coastal Auto Transport again. I highly recommend Coastal Auto Transport Company to anyone who needs a car transported across the country!
