I highly recommend Coastal Auto Transport Co out of Lakewood, FL. (I mention this because there are a few Coastal Auto Transports.) I worked with Kai who was very honest, patient and resourceful. I had some questions about working with them because they’re a fairly new company (and I can tend to be a worry wart). But I checked them out thoroughly and they passed all my tests (which is saying a lot, truly). They only work with carriers who are rated 95% or above. (Coastal itself is rated 100% by the carriers.)
God bless Kai for providing me with all the paperwork I needed on the carriers, their insurance, etc. to feel comfortable shipping the car, and for being there for any questions I had or assurance I needed throughout the process. Coastal was able to get a carrier who they had worked with before who delivered the car in three days (we thought it was going to take 5 days), so that was a miracle. The men who drove the truck were professional. They picked up and delivered at the time they said they would. It was a very easy process, actually. If I ever need to ship a car again, I will call Kai immediately. There’s no reason to use any other company. And they have great patience even with high maintenance clients like me!
