I overnighted this company the balance of my payment because I was going to be out of town and I wanted them to drop the car off at my working parking lot. I was told to call the driver and arrange it. I spoke to the driver and he assured me it would be no problem and to just text him the address of my work. Sunday comes around and I don't hear from him. I call him and he tells me he put the car in a spot at my apartment complex. This is a huge problem because all those spots are rented by tenants and they can tow you. I got upset with the drive and told him he had to move it. Then he got mad at me. He couldn't get into the car because as per our agreement he locked the key in the car and my spare key was in my apartment but I was out of town. He refused to get a locksmith and assured me the car wouldn't get towed, although he had not control over who got towed. He stopped answering my phone calls and told me to have my roommate move the car. My roommate does not have a driver's license and certainly can't drive a stick shift. He finally came by the next day at 6 AM and woke my roommate up to get the key and move the car. By that time the guy who rented the spot where the car was had left a note on my car threatening to sue.
I was treated terribly by this company. They made the mistake and refused to fix it in a timely manner. I would never use them again.
