Rita was supposed to come pick up my car on a Sunday, however, she called me on Saturday to say she'd be in the area, and could pick it up Saturday evening. I agreed and waited for her to come. Saturday night she called and she she took a different route, and would come on Monday. I called her Monday morning at 8am, and she confired that she'd be picking up my car today (Monday) between 3 and 4pm. At 4:15pm, I called her and she said, "Oh, I forgot to call you. They changed my route and I'm not coming to pick up your car." OF course I'm pissed off and crying now because I'm moving out of my apartment tomorrow morning, and flying to a different state for a funeral, and will not be with my car after tomorrow (Tuesday). I WILL NEVER AGAIN RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, and can't for the life of me understand why the customer is not important to this company, considering we're the ones who pay them for their services?! So now, my car will sit here, waiting to be picked up, while I'm 1700 miles away in a different state. I am so frustrated with this process, and hope no one ever has to go through this again!!
