Henry was very focused and professional. He gave me confidence, and suggested that the top position above the transporters cab would be best suited for minimal posibility of flying rocks etc. He actually drove out to meet me, and called several times to tell me that the transporter has picked up the vehicle and the probable arrival time from Tennessee to Calif. He was friendly, knowledgeable and offered a lot of specifics relative to the transaction. Would give him a 10 out of 10! Jon
