This was my first time getting a car offline and I was really nervous about shipping it. I called around and got me a few quotes. The first company was terrible and I had to call them about everything. He didn't communicate with me at all. The next company was fair but took their time about getting my ride. The third company (Coastal Car Transport) went all out. You would have thought that it was his car. No only did he communicate with me all the time, he drove my car 10 miles to the destination of pick up, just so I could get my car ASAP. He didn't make me feel like a customer, he made me feel like he is my brother doing me a favor. He kept me in the loop about everything and made me feel like he could do no wrong.
His timing was precise because he communicated to other truckers to pick my ride up at another location to bring it to me. After all that has happened I have no choice to go with this company (Coastal Car Transport) because they got the job done.
