I received a prompt email response containing a quote.
I was able to contact Henry Hartounian, Coastal Car Transport, immediately and was never put on hold.
I provided information about the vehicle, the pickup address, the destination address, the dates of the pickup window, my contact info, the destination contact info, and a credit card number. That was all.
Henry placed the reservation on the Dispatch Board.
Henry notified me by phone and email when the reservation was taken by an auto carrier.
After the delivery, Henry sent a followup email and gave me a call to check on the delivery.
The delivery went smoothly. The vehicle was picked up in Virginia at 4p and delivered in Baton Rouge at 10p the next day with no damage.
Overall, it was a very excellent experience. I am planning to recommend Coastal Car Transport to family, friends, and co-workers.
