I was very happy with the service that Henry from Coastal Car Transport provided. I contacted him on 6/17/2016 to request to have my son's car transport to Texas by 7/5/2016. He told me that getting it there on the 5th might be difficult due to July 4th being on Monday. He reassure me that he will find a driver for me and he won't charge until we both agree to the schedule, he did just that. By Wednesday June 22th, he called me and let me know that he found a driver for me and that if they can pick up the car the same day my rate will be the same($750) and it will be transported in an enclosed truck. With the car leaving earlier than planned, Henry had made an arrangement for me to have the car stored at a storage place in Katy, TX with Ray for $120 a week in the enclosed garage. Since I needed the car in Texas on July 5th, I took the offer and paid a total of $870 for both enclosed transport and storage.

The communication was good from all parties.When my car arrived in Texas on June 27th, the driver called me and let me know that they dropped it off and everything was fine. Ray from the storage place did the same thing and Henry followed up on every single steps of the transaction until I picked up the car on 7/6/2016.

The car looked exactly the same as when it left here and was very well kept in the garage for one week. This was our first time shipping a car to another state, Henry made it stress free and it was well worth dealing with him. I highly recommend Coastal Car Transport and would definitely use them again the next time I need the service. Thank you Henry for doing such a great job!!
