Signed up on a website for car transport. Was immediately inundated with calls, texts, and emails. Spoke with Henry from Coastal Car Transport. Told him about a bad experience I had had with a moving company and that I wanted the final complete price. We settled on a fair price based on the weight and distance. At the time I was working through the car buying process so I did not have an exact date for delivery. He followed up two days later and was polite and not at all pushy. When I was ready for delivery I called Henry back and he was able to arrange pick up in just a few hours. Very professional. The driver and I communicated throughout the delivery. We knew where the driver was and when he was going to arrive. He dropped off the car and picked up the payment, in which we had left a $15 tip. Upon looking at the payment, a good half hour after leaving, and seeing it was more than what he was owed he called and was going to bring the money back. Great to see honesty, courtesy, and professional behavior in a world where they are all to often lacking. It was nice to work with Coastal Car Transport. Highly recommended.
