Henry Hartounian, the owner of this company, was extremely direct & a no nonsense guy who assured me his customer service & reliability were among the best in the industry. He is licensed, bonded & insured.
His associates transported my son's Mustang from Thousand Oaks, CA to Arlington, Virginia in a timely manner (approximately one week for a 2700 mile trek). My son had detailed the car a few days before the scheduled pick-up; the car was delivered to its scheduled destination in excellent condition.
Coastal Car Transport provided meticulous emailed documentation of the terms & conditions of the transport as well as emailed updates of the progress of the transportation & arrival.
Henry's rates were slightly more than his closet competitor, but because I got to speak with him directly rather than to a sales rep for another company, & because he insisted his reputation is nearly impeccable (this is how he earns his livelihood), my gut instinct was that he was credible.
Based on my our experience, I would definitely utilize Henry's services again. He even called back to make certain that we were satisfied with the delivery & the condition of the car upon its arrival -- always a sign of true professionalism. Clearly he is very thorough about running his business.
