I needed to ship my car from California to New York last minute and I chose Coastal Car Transport because it had excellent reviews on Yelp. I spoke to Henry on the phone and he worked with me to make it happen at a great price. Not only that, but he checked-in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure that everything was going as planned. I initially tried to work with a different car shipping company (Movewheels) that turned out to be unreliable, if not fraudulent. I learned that the car shipping business is very competitive and that many companies make promises that they can't keep in order to undercut the competition, so it's important to choose a company carefully.
