This company deserves a lot of notoriety and they definitely live up to their 5 star rating. I needed to transport a new Mercedes from Iowa to Ohio and I gave them a short time frame to meet my transportation needs. Not only did this company perform flawlessly, I didn’t even have to make one phone call after I hired them. After hiring Coastal car transport, I was immediately notified by the trucking company, who immediately coordinated the vehicle pickup with the dealership. The trucking company gave me my driver’s personal cell phone number and the driver kept in contact with me the entire trip. The trucking company picked my vehicle up on a Friday and by 7 am the following day, the vehicle was in my driveway. This company is honest and upfront and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They only hire the best transport companies, so rest assure your car is in great hands. I have high expectations and this company exceeded them. If you want peace of mind shipping your vehicle, do yourself a favor and hire this company.
