Shawn at Coastal Car Transport is great!!! He is very responsive, articulates clearly and effectively manages expectations so that we knew what to expect with our car transfer from LA to Charlotte. Shawn had matched us up with a car carrier who unexpectedly had to cancel the day prior to the scheduled pick up. Shawn quickly informed me of the issue and was able to match us up with another carrier to pick up the car on the original appointment day, at the same price with the same delivery window. Our car arrived in Charlotte on schedule without any issues, the whole process felt smooth even though there was a minor hiccup, it all worked out because Shawn was so on top of everything! We will definitely use Coastal Car Transport again for our future vehicle transfer needs!
