Joseph Johns of Cobalt Logistics Services, LLC (913)232-2142 was referred to me by the internet sales manager of Land Rover Houston Central to transport my Mercedes Benz CL63.
From the time that I first contacted Joseph Johns to the time that my car was delivered to my house, Joseph kept in touch with me by both e-mail and phone to update me on the status.
Joseph also gave me the names and cell phone number of the drivers of the transport truck so I can keep in contact with them as well.
I was a bit concerned at first because his price for an enclosed transport was actually less than the quotes I received from others for an open trailer and his ETA for getting my car to my house was unbelievably short. 3 days from pick-up in Texas to drop-off in Los Angeles, California.
However, Joseph was referred by a Land Rover dealership owned by the Sonic Group so I took a chance.
I was very pleased to see the car delivered to my driveway ON TIME and WITHOUT damage. Because I wanted my car delivered as soon as possible, it was delivered on a Sunday.
I paid the drivers the exact amount quoted ($890) plus a tip for a job well done.
I highly recommend Joseph and will certainly use his services again if I buy a car out-of-state.
