From the moment I was put in contact with Joseph Johns I knew I was in good hands! Communication between the seller and Cobalt Logistic Services and to me was wide open and clear and the entire transaction was perfectly executed. The car was picked up, shipped by Dedicated Vehicle Transport (DVT) and delivered exactly according to the plan.
Joseph answered all my questions and I was always in contact with him via email and telephone. He ensured the transport driver (Ross) contacted me and I was able to work with him to ensure delivery at the appropriate time (within 45 minutes of our agreed time!) It couldn't have been any more perfect!
