From the time I spoke to lou to the time I got my motorcycle everything was on time and as described. I was very surprised because they were on time to the minute. The driver was very nice and his truck was very secure and professionally prepared for shipping Motorcycles. When the bike was strapped in to the truck it didn't budge,, it was in there very secure. This will be my way of shipping my bike from now on. I highly recommend this company!!!!
