Called cobalt to ship my 2013 mercedes. the phone was answered promptly and my info was taken. I hung up with a call back promise. 5 minutes later (literally) Cobalt said they could pick my car up that afternoon. The driver was very helpful and my car was delivered 12 hours earlier than quoted. Best car ship I've ever had.
