Ok I don't know if tis customer has a map but upon reservation she and her husband were told to take the delivery location and that the window for pick up was longer because of that. When we could not locate a carrier going to Wyoming I then agreed to refund the deposit and that was on Friday on Monday they called probably 25 times and told my staff that he was gonna call every minute until I got on the phone when he was told that I was in a meeting I did agree to refund the deposit and have refunded it but next time they should consider not moving to Wyoming
