No one should ever use this service. They did nothing but lie to me the whole time. The gave me a low quote and then asked me to raise. They kept telling me they called when they had a carrier and left a message. I never got the messages. My car sat in VA for almost a month before I dropped them. The kept saying no one was moving cars from VA to WA. The kept blaming the weather when it was good weather the whole way across the country. When i cancelled my order and got a new company my car was picked up in less then 24 hours. A week later I have still yet to get my deposit back. The company is a joke and should be shut down.
