Was told by sales rep that I needed to lock up a time by giving them credit card deposit of $150, told me repeatedly that it was refundable if deal fell through, I did, it did, now cannot get my promised deposit refunded...Bruce Kepley, Monroe, NC...happened in late January, 2013...now April 18...
