I am in the United States Marine Corps and had to move from California to Ohio. Before I ever hired continental to move my vehicle I made it perfectly clear that my car had to be picked up on December 19th 2008, which was the day my house was packed up. I was assured 100% that it would be picked up before 12. Well needless to say they used the weather in vegas as an excuse, so I drove the car to Arizona for it to be picked up the next day. My wife and 9 month old daughter had to suffer alone in my expedition for 8 hours on the way to Arizona while I drove behind them in my truck. It took 2 days to get someone lined up to pick up my vehicle in arizona. Once the guy finally picked up my vehicle he wanted more money than I had contracted through continental, and wanted it cash on delivery. I already had a cashiers check for the amount in continentals name LIKE THE CONTRACT STATED. Funny thing is that I am the only one that followed the contract to a T. Needless to say, I wound up paying more money out of pocket to get my car back. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They will take your money and not return your phone calls.

DAvid, We did as much as possible to accommodate your transport. I had a carrier in California on the 13th and that was a day late so I sent another carrier to Arizona and he actually helped us by team driving all the way to Ohio in 3 days time, something that is difficult to do. I apologize for the inconvenience and we assure that anything else that can be done on our part to make this right will be done.
