Awful service DO NOT USE!!!!

Let me just cut to what happened.

1. Vehicke was picked up 2 days early at midnight.

2. The vehicle was picked up by a different company Express Delivery and not moved by the company as i was told by ralph.

3. Vehicle showed up on a different trailor than the one i loaded it on. The reason i went with them was that i did not want the car bouncing from truck to truck. This company lies to get your dollar.

4. Vehicle showed up scratches all over and filthy with a cracked front bumper. Damage was nbot notable right away since vehicle was filthy. I signed for it washed it and called company 20 min later to report damage discovered. There reply was u signed for it and you damaged it yourself in 20 min you had it.

5. 2 Weeks of calling continental Auto movers and all i got was ill cal you right back, ill find out whats going and and they try to pass me off to their sub contractor Express delivery. Express delivery has non customer service people working for them if you can even get ahold of anyone. They keep bouncing me around from one to the other. Note the so call insurance policy they have only covers damage above $2500 andything under that is paid out of pocket by company.

6. Basically i was over charged $30 by the driver on pick up, car was damaged, and i have a $1500 bill to get it fixed on top of the $870 i already paid.

These people have customer service untill they get your money. They will give you the run around and will damage your car. Just look at the reviews on here and you will be able to see how awful they are. I will be sending a complaint to the BBB and Department of transportation.

BOTTOM LINE DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MOVERS. And IF YOU SEE EXPRESS DELIVERY RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

George, I apologize for your experience with Express Delivery and Continental Auto movers. I assure you that the role of Express Delivery does not represent the manner in which we do business. We can more than help with your current claim but it is a scenario in which we need to work with Express Delivery as well to come to a solution. I am also in the process of investigating the switching of carriers because it is some thing that we do offer so it actually needs to happen throughout transport. Also, clients on this board is only a small percentage of all of our customers so please understand that this is not normal practice for us. thanks
