Company committed to picking up the car in West Palm Beach FL on Tuesday and deliver shortly after. The car was never picked up and communication is NON-EXISTENT! I have emailed multiple customer service, dispatch, and Trudy. I have called customer service, dispatch, and Trudy and NOT ONE RESPONSE! To quote a previous customer...they were really friendly, helpful, and responsive while getting my business but have not responded since the deposit! BEWARE!

Richard, We apologize for the heavy inconvenience and I assure you we did as much as possible to make this a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, due to the holidays everything became much more difficult. However, the vehicle was picked up Monday, July 6 and will be getting delivered within the next 48 hours. I assure you that this is not common practice and with future business we are prepared to give you a special discount for your inconvenience. Throughout the trip please give us a call at 1866-561-9544 for up to date info on your vehicles progress.
