Richard, We apologize for the heavy inconvenience and I assure you we did as much as possible to make this a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, due to the holidays everything became much more difficult. However, the vehicle was picked up Monday, July 6 and will be getting delivered within the next 48 hours. I assure you that this is not common practice and with future business we are prepared to give you a special discount for your inconvenience.
