Worst Carrier Ever!!!

After shopping through many quotes to ship my car from TN to KS, I unforunately landed with Trudy and Continental Auto Mover. Trudy gave me a guaranteed pick up date and according to her, there was just no way they would miss that date. The typical story with Continental Auto Movers begins here, I gave them a deposit at which time communication on their end stopped completely. They claimed to be a carrier, but I found out from another transport company that Continental had my order up on the shipping board trying to find a carrier to pick it up. After they received my deposit, the only way I could get past Trudy's voicemail was by claiming to be a new customer looking for a quote. Their guaranteed pick up date came and went with no calls from them as promised. When I got through to Trudy, I was told that their truck had issues but would be there the following morning, which also turned out to be a lie. It has been 3 weeks since I cancelled the order with Continental and lo and behold I don't have my deposit back yet. I have been told by Rick at least 6 times that he has processed my refund, but he just can't understand why it hasn't shown up at my bank yet. HMMMM? I've had to dispute the charge with the bank to get my money back from this pitiful excuse of a transporter.
