Very poor responsiveness and service

This organization never picked up the vehicle as contracted. Following several days of calling the agent, he stopped answering the phone and refused to return calls even though I left at least 5 messages.

Nearly one month after the scheduled pickup, which was Jun 27, I contacted the office to have the deposit refunded and was assured by the office personnel that I would receive the refund to the account within a couple of days. A week later I called and spoke to the person I was told was in charge of handling this, someone named Rick, and was again assured that it would be taken care of immediately. Since that time I have talked to at least 3 more individuals and left half a dozen phone messages to find out the status of this request. So far I have not received one returned call nor has the request been processed.

I would never trust these people again. They failed to meet their contractual obligations and now refuse to honor the refund request, as stated in the contract.

I deeply apologize for the long delay. Your original transaction was under a different name and that caused a lot of confusion at the office. We were under the impression that the refund was taken care of several weeks ago. Either way, the refund was processed 09/19/2009. thank you, -Rick
