This car was given to the transporter on 1/13 and as of today there have been NO PHONE CALLS and NO DELIVERY. We were supposed to get delivery by 1/20, so far they are 18 days late and counting and completely MIA. Their insurance is now expired, their authority is revoked, their voicemail is full and we have no idea where this car is. This is CRAAAAZY! Called the insurance agent who advised me to file a claim with the DOT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
