Requested quote online. Received within few days via email with phone followup. There were no additional charges other than a wire fee which I could have avoided since they provided way to deposit to their Bank. Price from quote was final cost. Service included shipping to FL and then ocean shipment to VI. They provided all of the information I needed since car was going to be given to a relative and there were title issues. Also provided list of steps that needed to be taken to titile in VI. Vehicle arrived in VI a few days earlier than scheduled. Completely satisfied with service.
