The delivery pick up and drop off were late, but they had mentioned that there was a range of time frames. Tara kept me updated through out the process and took the worry out of the delivery.

I think that on any cross country transport, you have to be a bit flexable on the delivery date period.

I do appreciate their constant communication and would definitely use them again.
