Very prompt service from the initial phone call and follow-up emails throughout. Helpful, realistic, and no flavor of 'BS' in my experience at all. Car was picked up the day it was meant to be, and delivered earlier than expected. They'd have had a full 5 stars if the driver delivering had called to say in advance they were early - but that was the only 'nit-pick' in what was a great experience.
