I should have checked out the reviews about this company before choosing them. I thought I would save a buck by going through them. I was sorry that I did. They are not the actual shipping company, they are contractors. I had two cars shipped. They picked-up the cars on time. When they delivered the cars, they called and we waited. Finally, close to midnight, they delivered and ask for additional $50 per car. Because we instructed our family members that they do not have to pay for anything additional because delivery was included, they refused to pay. I contacted Cosmos the following business day and they said that it was out of their hands. What a bunch of retards. They are great at ripping people off. So when I finally went to pick up my cars, I was charged $70 a piece for the storage fee. I am sorry for picking this company and I am sorry for those that pick them due to a few dollars of saving. Spend a little more and go with a company that ships and avoid Cosmos and all contracting companies.....Good luck!

Completely false. The vehicles were taken to a terminal because for 3 days we and the trucking company were not able to get a hold of anyone to deliver the vehicles. Nobody ever asked for more money. Duc Tran is frustrated that he had to pay the terminal fees but it is fully his fault for not being available for delivery. We take full responsibility when we make a mistake, I wish Duc Tran would do the same.
