Now... Let me first say that I never used Cosmos or did ANY business with them beyond an email quote and phone call. I received a quote from them that was about 100 dollars cheaper than every other company that I heard from so i figured it was worth my time to call them. I found the gentleman that picked up the phone to be very rude and overall had poor people skills. I expected to call and for the employee to be eager to tell me about their business and why i should pick them and the most I got after I said, "Hi i recieved a quote from you"... was "Okay" and then "What do u want to know". Whoever picked up the phone had absolutely no phone skills and sounded as though he didn't want to tell me anything. Maybe this is just my heads up to Cosmos to make sure their employees are polite and ready to serve customers when they pick up the phone. If they sound like they hate their job why would I want to do business with you? It was because of the awkward phone conversation that i didn't feel comfortable trusting my car with their company. I opted to go with a company that quotes me a 100 dollars MORE because the employees were polite, friendly, and willing to tell me about their company/standards.

Thanks for the heads up Lisa Ingraham and we have spoke with the employees double emphasizing they are super nice to customers but I have to say you must be borderline nuts to put a review based on 1 sentence you spoke with one of our reps, which I am willing to bet was not translated here word by word. What is super funny is that we did not find the customer service you are refering to when we called you State Farm Office at 203-824-2155.
