We feel obligated to respond when the information posted by a client is incorrect. We had Dave's vehicle scheduled for pick up a couple of days after he had made it available but he had not paid the seller for the vehicle therefore they would not release the vehicle. Completely his fault. We actually did not retain his full deposit (which all other companies do) but only $50.
