..Cosmin Mihele,owner,contacted me through email of his price quote.I had more than twenty companies' quotes before Cosmos.Mr.Mihele beat the closest one by $200,this included the price for MATSON shipping to here in Honolulu!He gave me close times,the others would only give me the "two weeks average window" crap.Cosmos transport kept me posted all through this venture.They are very easy to get in touch with,877-241-2375,in Long Beach.They took very good care of my car,AND they went out of their way for me,the customer.I had some trouble with MATSON's personnel at the drop off for the ship station.My driver's seat was "broken",according to them.It was late Friday,so you got to think,hmmm....ANYWAY,Mr.Mihele had the car towed back to his company,and had the seat fixed and they accepted it the next open day at the MATSON station.ALL OF THIS WAS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME.Mr.Mihele contacted with Ms.Claire Hasel at Matson,and she took care of my car transport,with Matson,personally.She is excellent and cares about the "small" customer as well.Because of her,my car got on a ship quicker,and I got it ten days before Matson's quote.I am prior military,so I know how much hassle moving can be.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH COSMO TRANSPORT,AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!...Sincerely,Jason Beaudyne
