I find in interesting that she asked ask for another quote if she didn't like us. I guess we are OK as long as the price is as low as she likes it. We dispatched her car within the 7 business days after she placed the order, then she changed the date she needed it delivered. After calling everyday for the first 3 days we had her order, one of our employees, Mark, told her we did not have it scheduled yet. At that point she said " You probably are as white as they come. You are a nigger hater, aren't you? " At that point Mark cancelled the order. She called right back and talked to me, a little nicer, and I reinstated her order. Based on her order and our contract we could have charged her $50, but we opted to be nice and not do it.
