No Nonsense, Good Price, Very Quick Service

This was my first experience moving a vehicle so I requested numerous quotes using many different services. In addition, I searched all available sites and contacted the services I felt could offer a cross country move (from West to East). Every quote I received was automatically generated by an online calculator and surprisingly the quotes varied widely and almost every service I contacted by phone following the quotes I requested raised the overall bid. Moreover, I received numerous follow up emails and phone calls incessantly pestering me to use their services and to beware of other services.

Cosmos Auto was one of those providers that I located on my own and requested a quote online. In a number of hours, Cosmin Mihele contacted me by email with nothing but a dollar amount and a short explanation of what was offered. He offered no pressure, no sales pitch, and when I returned his email with question upon question of my own, he answered them honestly and within minutes. I cannot say that Cosmos' quote was the lowest, but it was certainly below the median quote. Verifying Cosmos' company with the Department of Transportation was what actually sold me on using his service along with the facts that he has been in business for some time and that he allowed me to pay for the entire service up front with a Major Credit Card (this way, no cash needed to change hands at the point of delivery). Again, I appreciated the no-nonsense approach, quick response, and honesty with which business was conducted so I chose to move my vehicle with Cosmos'

It gets better:
Within perhaps three hours of faxing over the authorization forms to move the vehicle, I receive a call from David at Cosmos telling me they had booked a driver and that the vehicle would be picked up at the end of the week, which would be about two days after requesting the service. As I am understanding things, this process could take up to 10 days but Cosmin had obtained a driver in the area within two days.

There's More:
My vehicle was delivered today, just four full days after it was picked up from the West Coast. I am pretty sure that I just got lucky, probably because my route is more or less a straight shot across the country, but for a service to arrange for pickup within two days from placing an order, and to deliver a vehicle from Coast to Coast in another four days far exceeds any expectation that could have ever had.

I am overjoyed with the service, speed and overall cost of my experience with Cosmos Auto, Inc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to move a vehicle, who asks me about my experience or who will listen when I tell the story.
