Very pleased with results and process. Did web search and read horror stories of lost cars, lost money etc. This website provided best review and comparison. My experience proved the good info I reviewed. I paid only once by credit card. I was contacted twice regarding the order. It was picked up on the day identified. I got a call from the carrier as he entered Seattle. He found my house, pulled to the side of the road and unloaded my car. Whole process took about 12 minutes. Car was transported in open, top deck of a double deck carrier. But less wear than if I had driven it the 5,000 miles from Pennsylvania. I am very pleased and will use them again if the need arrises.
