Cars never picked up!

I would STRONGLY suggest not using this company! My husband and I moved from N. Cali to Pennsylvania on Mon May 21st. We were told by David NUMEROUS times that our cars would be picked up within 7 days. That was on May 21st and our cars are STILL sitting at our friends house waiting to be picked up. My husband, my toddler and myself needed a RELIABLE carrier to transport our cars and after reading the many reviews online, we picked this company over others. BIG MISTAKE!

I just called David again, each day this week we've been calling once/day, and were told once again, "We are working on it" which is BS. I asked why they keep saying that and he could not give me a clear answer. He also told me on Tues that the 7 days is only 90% guaranteed which we were NEVER told even when we first called. I told him he needs to be up front about that to customers b/c we are not paying for it.

This broker is very unprofessional and we will never recommend them to anyone. We now have to find another company to pick up our cars by Monday June 4th. Can anyone send me recommendations?

Every single company on this web site has a small percentage of orders that are difficult to ship. This is one of ours. What sets us apart is that our prices are lower than our comepitors simply because our profit margin is smaller.
