After receiving several quotes for shipping my vintage car, I decided to go with Cosmos despite their horrible track record here. Service was non-existent.....and all I got was the standard "we're working on it". Three weeks and one day after they received my order, the car was yet to be scheduled for pickup.

I was outraged that one time when I called, a suggestion was made that if they added $100 to the COD due the driver, the vehicle still may not be picked up. Evidently this bait and switch tactic has been used in the past by this company. How else would they have knowledge that even this sometimes does not work? Shame on you!

When I called today to cancel the order, I asked when they would remove my pickup from the board. The new broker told me be sure to get them to do this. Ms Customer Service chimed in she would do it in 1 to 7 business days and laughed. Yeah, big joke on me to waste three weeks and a day on this outfit. Hope you guys had a good laugh.

Please read these reviews and don't get caught with the lowball estimate they throw out there. Your car will never get picked up and you will be frustrated.

Sure, every now and then a driver may accept a lower rate.....but it is not likely if you are going any distance with your move.

Now here comes I am one of the 10% that can't be pleased and falls through the cracks or some other nonsense excuse

This company is horrible...I suggest you speak with your wallet and take your money elsewhere if you are shipping a vehicle. Clown Cosmos Transport is a joke...and it will be on you.

Shame on you Cosmos! What a clip joint operation!
