The Absolute ***WORST***!!! Countrywide Auto Transport & Al Alamad

The negative reviews on this site speak volumes - and the truth about Countrywide Auto Transport. The "F" (lowest) rating that Countrywide Auto Transport currently garners from the Better Business Bureau with over 50 negative reports is testament to the dishonesty and lack of integrity that Al Alamad represents. I view any positive reviews re this company as, 'suspect.'
Typically, it's only those that have negative experiences with a company that make a point to expose their awful experience. The negative reviews on this site are people that have been burned by this sleazy outfit and are motivated to keep others from being sucked into similar scams with Countrywide Auto Transport.

I placed and order in which Al Alamad verbally gave me a quote of $745 over the phone. It was followed up with a confirmatory email of $745. What ensued over the course of more than a month can only be adequately described as outright deception, fraud, and intimidation. Alamad has 3 entities that work for him, "Mike," "Lewis," and a girl that answers the phone. Alamad claims over 30 people work for him. I did some investigating with nearby 'vestibules' (calling their workplace an "office" is a monumental stretch) and they'd be hard-pressed to squeeze in a 4th person ... let alone 30. In other-words - it's just a fabrication of Alamads' 'wannabe' world.

Alamad never picked up my vehicle. Instead he tried to jack the price up through his network of 'transporters' who literally were comfortable holding my vehicle hostage unless I came up with nearly double the amount. Alamad told me I'd get a full refund when I started to turn the heat up on this guys sham 'business.' All I needed to do was "put it in writing," he said. I did - but no word from him, and no refund. I contacted the BBB and he outright LIED about returning my refund. It wasn't until I contacted local authorities and my bank that my refund was - shall we say, "expedited." The matter is still under investigation.

After wading through Countrywide-lies for over a month, I finally ended up having to purchasing a one-way ticket to pick up my vehicle for $100 and spent $200 on fuel. I drove 24 straight hours and I had my new vehicle home for half of Alamad's scam quote. I should have done that in the first place had I read the reviews on this site and those on the BBB website. You'll notice that Alamad and his henchmen refute anything negative on this website - and have ponied up a little 'hush' money (site sponsoship) to keep the administrator on watch for my posting - only to remove it. To make sure this guy tells the truth - I've reserved the website www.countrywideautotransport.net and will post the full text of the BBB exchange; my entire experience with this deceptive and dishonest company, and related time-lines. I intend to expose Al Alamad and the entities that make up Countrywide Auto Transport if he responds with anything other than the truth.

I spent decades in SE Asia, Africa, and the Middle East where this sort of business acumen was commonplace. This is AMERICA, Alamad ... suggest you start acting like it. If you reply with anything short of the truth - I guarantee you that everyone that visits this site, or that does a web search on "countrywideautotransport" will come across my site that will contain an exhaustive time-line that will demonstrate how Americans refuse to tolerate 'businesses' like yours, and people like you. I will set it up so that people will be able to leave unedited testimony of their experience with you and your company. I believe they call that, "freedom of speech." You're the worst Al, and so are the entites that have stooped low enough to work for you.

Your 'gold sponsor' status is pathetically feeble and reflects nothing other than the fact that you're willing to pay money to leverage yourself with this site's administration. www.countrywideautotransport.net .... "Coming Soon" - if you renege on your word Al. You caused a lot of problems Alamad - and I won't drop this until justice is served on you.
