Horrible service, reliability, response and honesty

My vehicle was supposed to be picked up by a certain date because my sister-n-law was using it and was on orders to report Iraq for the war. They picked my vehicle up 4 days past the pick-up date, which left my vehicle unattended and unsecure in a bad neighborhood. When my vehicle arrived it had 5 huge dents and scratches in the roof of the car. When I contacted countrywide about the situation, after being transferred to 4 different people, the person I was dealing with was Trish, and she is totally unprofessional and could never work for any organization that I am affiliated with, she hung up on me, deliberately, in the middle of my responding to her telling me "that countrywide would not do anything about the damage to my vehicle." When I called back and asked her why she hung up on me her reply was "I thought the conversation was over, because it's obvious that your mind is made up that we should be held liable." (duh) I have since been trying to work with Al, but all he ever says to me is that he is waiting to hear from the carrier. Since then I have gotten an estimate from Toyota and the body shop manager explained to me how the damages occured. He pointed out how the dents were symmetric and when the carrier was loading or unloading the car the ramped must have jumped, causing my car to be launched into the rack above, therefore putting the dents and scratches in the roof over the drivers and passengers side of the vehicle.

THIS CUSTOMR HAS RECEIVED CAR IN GOOD CONDITION AS IT IS SIGNED OFF ON THE INSPECTION REPORT/BILL OF LADING WE HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED CARRIER AND ARE LOOKING FURTHER INTO WHAT MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THE DAMGES THAT CUSTOMER IS CLAIMING.
