I made arrangements with Countrywide on 12/17/08. The company told me my car would be picked up on Saturday 12/27. THEY WITHDREW THE $1000 FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY WHICH I FOUND SUSPICIOUS. THEY NEVER SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL,THEY ONLY HAD A TRACKING SYSTEM ON THEIR SITE WHICH SHOWS NOTHING BUT THE WRONG PRICE, AND WRONG DATE FOR MY TRANSPORT AGREEMENT (the date was a month prior to when I had contacted this company).
They said a driver would call me Friday 12/26 to schedule a pickup time, I never got a call. I called Countrywide and they said that now the car would not be picked up until Wednesday 12/31.They gave me a bunch of excuses about why it was so difficult to pick up my car on time, but I about heard none of these issues when the initial arrangement was made.I called back to talk to someone in a management position, the woman I talked to said she could help, I expressed the importance of my car being picked up by Monday, and told her that if it could not be done by that date that I would cancel the pick up and go with another company.Before I could finish what I was saying she hung up on me.I called back and experienced the same thing with the man I spoke to, he hung up on me.I called back a 3rd time to request an email summarizing that I had an agreement with this company, I felt like I was being scammed, they had my money and I had no service, and now I was being ignored.The man said they did not have a way to send me an email and hung up on me.The last time I called the man said that if I called again he would report that I was harassing him.THEY STOLE MY $1000, AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, THEY LIE AND THEY ARE CROOKS!

THIS CUSTOMER'S ORDER WAS PLACED BASED ON OUR TERMS OF SERVICE/CONTRACT THAT WAS DISCLOSED TO CUSTOMER CUSTOMER WAS CONFIRMED AND SCHEDULED WITH OUR CARRIER WHEELS OF FORTUNE THIS CUSTOMER WANTED TO CANCEL ORDER AFTER BEING ASSIGNED AND DISPATCHED TO CARRIER AT WHICH IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION CHARGES.
