Couldnt be happier

I am a broker that does business with dealerships and customers alike. I have been in business for almost ten years. Since my company is internet based, I do a lot of out of state sales. I have been doing business with Countrywide Auto Transport for over 5 years. I have had many bad experiences with other Transport companies. I have had and heard of many horror stories about other companies. Everything from non resolved damages, not picking up their car for two or even more weeks to carriers actually taking vacations with customer’s car on their truck. I have done an average of ten transports a month with Countrywide Auto Transport. Out of almost 7000 cars transported I have had no issues with Countrywide Auto Transport. I referred a dealership to Countrywide Auto Transport, since the carrier they were using, did a poor job on every other car they transported. After doing so, they called me back and said they came across this web site and didn’t feel comfortable at all using Countrywide. Shortly there after, I read the reviews on this web site and was floored. I assured my dealer that the things I read on this site were not an accurate reflection of this company and I guaranteed him that he would not have a bad experience with Countrywide. Needless to say, his Hummer was picked up within his window and delivered on time. He told me he was really nervous at first but since then has used this company and has had no experience reflecting these negative postings. After having read these reviews, I obviously cant say weather they are all bogus or even if they are true. But I do know one thing, I thing that it is odd that I read some of these postings and I find it very hard to believe that they are true. I contacted Dan the main manager of Countrywide Auto Transport after reading these postings and he conveyed to me that they have had an issue with “black listed” carriers, a hand full of unhappy customers and competing transport companies posting fake reviews. I have taken the time to type this up, as any and every customer should do. I am in the “customer service” business or retail as we say. Same stuff. I have made a promise to Countrywide Auto Transport to post a review on this web site every time they transport one of my customers cars. Weather that be good, bad or indifferent.

My last car I just had transported to a dealership in New York was a 2008 Toyota Avalon. It got picked up on time and delivered on time with no damages.
