It was an ordeal to do business with this company. Well, maybe I should say with its custom service man. It is always this same sluggish,incompetent man who answers the phone, and he will have you wait forever without having problems solved. The company should fire him at least. Basically, they came in four days later than the schedule. We had to leave our car with our neighbour before we started driving away for move. We tried to call the company and they had no idea where their driver was, and when he would show up. We had to worry about our car all the time during the driving from Ohio to California, which otherwise would be a happy trip for us. Finally when we got the car at our destination, we found the car was dirty, covered by greasy stuffs. Anyway, it was an ordeal. We tried to asked for some sort of compensation after they delivered the car, they would not even care. I will never do business or recommend to anyone with this company, period.

THE PRICE THAT YOU PAID WAS FOR OPEN CAR TRANSPORT. NEXT TIME YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET YOUR CAR TRANSPORTED YOU CAN PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE AND GO IN AN ENCLOSED TRANSPORTER WHERE YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE SAFE FROM WEATHER ELEMENTS AND ROAD CONDITIONS.
