Dennis bought the car from Insurance auto action AS IS, Just by description from the seller. The carrier delivered the vehicle on 02/10/2012; Dennis inspected the car on delivery and noted the bill of lading (inspection report) as no damages. On February 20 (presidents day) ten days later, he called Creative Rides and asked for the carrier insurance company phone number. We told him that the insurance company is closed today because of the holiday. Our guess is the he bought a car without seeing it, and he is looking for insurance claim in order to fix his faulty car from the get go.
