I did an online quote and then called them up to go with the quote. I had them ship a BMW M3 from FL to CA. The car was scheduled for pickup and it took 10 days (including weekend and Thanksgiving Day) for the car to arrive.
I didn't get any updates on the status of the car (until the date that it was arriving at my house), but I didn't bug them about it. I expected the car within 10 days.
