Creative Rides Auto Transport assigned my car shipment to Highline Transport Inc. Raul from Highline contacted me in a timely manner and advised me as to what day I could expent my car to be picked up. He called me on 10/12/09 and told me what to expect when the driver arrived. My pick up was scheduled for Friday 10/16 and it was picked up the same day as promised at my driveway. Josvani the driver, made an extremely thorough inspection of my vehicle with documentation before starting or attempting to load my vehicle. Every scratch nick and ding was notated and documented. He made sure any protruding antennea, add on's - etc. were secure and able to handle the loading and transport. He gave me his cell phone number and said I could call anytime to check the status of my shipment. He projected he would arrive in Colorado for a delivery Tuesday or Wednesday and he arrived Tuesday. He had some trouble contacting my daughter to make the delivery, and Raul was prompt about contacting me to help them with the drop off. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to ensure a safe, timely delivery. I will use them again if the need arises. Their prices were very competitive if not a little lower than most of the quotes I received.
